Little Boy

What a cute little boy you are!!

Yard Work!

While daddy mowed the other night I helped momma pull some weeds!  Every time daddy came by on the mower I would watch him but I got behind my momma!  I didn't want to get too close to it!

Swinging With Jack!

Choo Choo!

Reese will make the choo choo sound every time he hears a train go by....on this day we were at Lake Shore walking and he heard a plane up above....guess he thought it was a train!

Ha Ha!

We went to see Ha Ha in the hospital last night (he is recovering from back surgery).  Ha Ha wanted to show me off so he took me on a little walk to see the nurses!  I held on to his walker and helped him get around!  Then we went back to his room and shared some cake and a popcicle!

Piano Time!

We went to a shower the other night for a couple in our Sunday School Class at Litton's and Reese and his buddies loved sitting at the piano and banging on it!

Riding Around!

Reese is loving riding around the house with his stuffed animals!  He either rides with them or takes them all on a ride!  It is so stinking cute!

Allergy Testing!

We took Reese to get allergy tested this week because of his constant runny nose!  The doctor didn't want to do the full blown allergy test until Reese is closer to 3 so he just tested him for dogs.  It was a simple scratch test that Reese didn't mind at all.  The test did show he is allergic to dogs but as the doctor explained it really isn't a big deal.  He just said to try to keep the dogs outside as much as possible but that we could still have them.  I am so glad...Reese LOVES Boone and Buster probably as much as he loves us!  Ha!  They are the highlight of his day when he sees them so I was so thankful that he is fine to be around them.
The doctor did say to keep him on his inhaler until he was close to 3 and that should help with keeping him from getting sick!  When we left the sweet nurse gave him some Mickey Mouse stickers which he loved!

18 Months Old

If I haven't said it before than I definitely mean it this time....this is by far Reese's most fun age yet!  He is hilarious and keeps us laughing constantly!  He cracks us up with all his funny little antics and he knows he is absolutely rotten too!  He has taken the word "stop" to a whole other meaning.  He says it constantly telling the dogs to stop, us to stop, the TV to stop, or just about anything to stop.  His vocabulary is amazing...saying things like pleez (please), Boone garage, yes ma'am, no sir and starting to put some words together.  Our doctor told us at 18 months to start taking away the paci which we usually don't give it to Reese until bedtime anyhow but now in the past week he has suddenly become obsessed with the word paci...and will say daddy paci pleez!  Or just paci paci paci constantly...and the way he says it is the sweetest ever so we always give in and give it to him.  Reese loves to run and jump up and down.  And loves being outside and will tell us outside outside until we take him out.  He loves to play in his tee pee but for some reason calls it a pee tee!  He LOVES Mickey Mouse but calls him Hot Dog because that is the song Mickey sings.  We went to the doctor last week for his check up and he still remains in the 25 percentile for both weight and height which is perfect according to the doctor!  We are loving this stage in Reese's life and watching him learn and grow and seeing things from his eyes!

Cars & Park Time

Lately we can't come in the house with out first taking Reese out in his cars...he loves those things!!  We went to the park the other day and tried to fly his kite but there wasn't enough wind but Reese still pretended to be flying it!

Bathtub Swimming!

Lately I have been doing lots of swimming in the bath tub!  Every time I get in I like to swim like a fish!  I can't wait for pool time this year!

Happy Easter!

I had the best Easter this year!!  I got to hunt Easter eggs with my cousins and the Easter Bunny left me all kinds of candy!  He knows exactly what I like too!!!  My momma said that I got so much candy that she was freezing it because I won't be able to eat it all in the next year!!  I also got new coloring books, Mickey Mouse Easter Bunny, bubbles, a new pool to play in in the back yard, play chalk for my swing set, and some new beach toys!

Easter!

Two little cuties on Easter at church....too bad they weren't too excited about having their picture taken!!

Easter Eggs!

By Saturday afternoon Reese was finally ready to dye his Easter eggs!!  He loved dipping them in all of the colors and then squishing them with his hands!!
