Leggings!

I have been dying to put Reese's leggings on him since the day he was born and his legs are finally chunky enough to wear them! I love the leggings on him - they are so cute and make changing his diapers so much easier!

Trying Out The Bumbo!

Reese is getting stronger and stronger every day and has just about mastered holding his head up all on his own. When he does tummy time he holds it up forever - it has to hurt his neck how long he keeps it up. So today I thought I would try the bumbo again since a few weeks ago he wasn't quite ready for it. He is almost there - I think he likes the bumbo because he could lean back even more to see the fan! He amazes us everyday with all the fun things he is starting to do!

TV!

This is the first time Momma has really put me in front of the TV - what in the world has she been waiting on? I was so interested in the TV and it kept me happy for a little while so Momma could get some Christmas gifts wrapped! I watched a little football with Daddy on Sunday and then last night she put me in my bouncer in front of the TV and I watched Rudolph - I love that movie (thanks Braylan)! I was at Target with Momma the other day and I saw her get me some cartoon DVD's so I can't wait until she plays those for me!

Seeing Santa

We decided to take the boys to see Santa today - I think Reese has been pretty good this year so I think he will get everything he asked for from Santa! John held Reese the whole time that we stood in line and he was perfectly content! The second John handed Reese to Santa he lost it. We were for sure that he would be fine this year since he is so young but that was not the case! Jack on the other hand was perfectly happy! The pictures still turned out pretty cute even though Reese was crying pretty bad!

You would think Reese might look at the toys above him but no - he is much more interested in the huge mobile on the ceiling - ha of course I mean the fan!

For the past I don't know how many years it has been a tradition that "the girls" have gotten together to celebrate Christmas! Last year we went to Alabama to celebrate at Heather's house because Braylan was just 5 week's old! Things can definitely change in a year because now there are two more babies that have joined us! This year we decided to just buy for the babies which was so much fun! I don't think I have stepped in a Toys R Us since I was little picking out toys for myself so it was a lot of fun to get to buy toys again.
We had the best time and I think all the kiddo's did too!

Last weekend we went down to Market Square to get some pictures and eat dinner with Tait and Navy. I wanted to get Reese's picture made with the lights in the background for our Christmas card - as you can see it didn't turn out so great! We did have two funny comments made while we were eating though! First our waitress asked us if we needed a kid's menu (not sure what she thought these two babies might eat off a menu) and then someone asked if Jack and Reese were twins!

Trying To Get A Smile!

The other night John and I kept playing with Reese to get him to smile and of course every time the camera would flash it would be too late. His playful times are now early in the morning and right before bed time.
