Birthday Party!

After my fun day at home on Saturday we went to a birthday party for my cousin...she was turning 5!

Saturday!

Reese was into everything on Saturday - from riding his car outside, to playing with balls, to running, playing in the pool, running through the sprinkler, having me run through the sprinkler to painting!  It was a busy day!

Bath Time!

Momma was wanting to make me bath paints the other night but Target didn't have one of the things to make it so she got me drops to change the color of the bath.  We changed it to all sorts of colors!  This made bath time even more fun.

20 Months Old!

Always changing and growing and doing something new every day!  You are one funny funny boy who keep us laughing daily and remind us to enjoy life every single moment!  You are something else!  You can be so strong willed and so eager to do things on your own and the next minute not so much.  You are doing so well with counting - although when you get to 5 you think it is time to high five but that's okay.  You can say a lot of your colors but still aren't too sure which ones they are.  You love to read to us - you jabber on and on for several minutes reading to us.  This is my favorite part of the day when you do this.  You have really never been into stuffed animals but have been showing much more interest in Mickey and Patch lately!  You want to share your paci with them and even try to change their diapers!  The paci is another story...you hardly have it at all during the day but ask for it at nighttime...you will say paci 100 times until you get it.  You tried chocolate milk for the first time last week and LOVED it!  You have a love for the word "mine"....and love to tell us when something is "mine"!  You could spend every moment of every day outside....usually the only way we can get you to come in is telling you to push the button to close the garage.  You think that is so much fun!  When you want me to hold you you will say I hold you mommy...I love this!  You have a head full of blonde hair that I just can't bring myself to have cut yet - sorry you get called a little girl so often!

We thank God over and over again for the perfect gift that we were given!  We are blessed beyond measure.  I haven't taken a picture of Reese in the past couple of days except for this one today of Reese and Jack!  For the most part we actually didn't hear the word mine too many times today!

Hilton Head - Last Day!

Vacations always go by way too fast!  I know Reese has had a ball this past week with everyone at the beach and will be sad not to go play on the beach tomorrow!  He had a fun day today though playing and then taking a bike ride to see the horses!  After that we took him to the beach one more time to say good bye!  There was a guy playing music there so Reese got to get a few dance moves in!  What a fun vacation....I always hate when they come to an end!

Hilton Head - 8th Day!

It was a beautiful day on the beach and a beautiful night on the beach for dinner!  By the end of the night Reese was ready for bed!

Hilton Head - 7th Day!

We took a long bike ride this morning to South Beach so we could stay out of the sun for a while and then went to the beach late this afternoon.  Reese got to have his picture made with the Salty Dog and then went to see the parrots!  We had a photographer take a few pictures of him on the beach tonight (these are a few I took) and then went to hear Greg Russell at Harbour Town.  This guy puts on a big show for all the kids and sings kid songs.  John went to the same thing when he was a little kid.  Reese loved it and clapped his hands and did a few dances!  It was a fun day - we are all once again worn out and ready to do it all over again tomorrow!
