First Trip to El Charro's

Daddy made fun of my teddy bear hat and told me I looked like a little girl. I kind of like it - it kept my head warm.
Aunt Marcy has just the right touch - I was so comfy the whole time we were there!

Everybody knows this is my momma and daddy's favorite place to eat so they couldn't wait to take me there! I'll let you know later how I feel about the food! We went with Aunt Marcy and Uncle Wes and Aunt Marcy held me the entire time - I'm so glad she is feeling better because she hasn't held me in forever it seems like! I was on my best behavior and slept the entire time. I also got my very first Christmas gift tonight - a Santa Suit! Thanks guys! I can't wait to put this on and have my picture taken in it!

Birthday Dinner & Manicure!!!

Last night we went to eat for Big Daddy and Aunt Amanda's Birthday! MeMe fixed the best dinner! I don't know if it was the rainy weather or what but Reese slept just about the entire day. We were doing anything and everything to wake him up but it just wasn't working. Aunt Amanda even gave Reese his very first manicure and he slept through that as well!

Today has been a different story! I'm not sure if Reese is going through a little bit of a growth spurt or if he just has a little bit of an upset tummy! His buddy Jack came over today but Reese was not in the playing mood - he cried for most of the time that Jack was here. I'm not sure if it is his tummy because he has wanted to eat all day long - so this makes me think it might be a little bit of a growth spurt because the only time he is happy is when he is eating. He has been fighting sleep all day and will sleep for about 10 minutes and then he gets fussy. Poor little guy!

Chattanooga Fun!

Still snoozing from the car ride while we watched the game - he woke up soon after this! He was hungry!

Reese had been begging us to take him to the Aquarium in Chattanooga so we finally gave in! Ha! This was his first trip out of town and it seemed like he really enjoyed it! We walked around the Aquarium and he just kept his eyes wide open soaking it all in! For the most part he was content but John did have to carry him to keep him from crying - he gets over the stroller after a while. We also went and watched the game and he was perfect - although he was held the entire time! He is pretty easy to travel with because the car absolutely knocks him out. It takes him about 2 minutes to settle down and then you don't hear another peep out of him. We can't wait for all the trips we take Reese on - he is a fun little traveler!

Out & About

Reese was on the go all day today so I'm hoping that means we will have a sleepy baby tonight - of course he is already a really good sleeper!
We went by and saw Big Daddy and MeMe this morning - I think it makes Big Daddy's eye feel better to get a little Reese fix!

Reese had not pooped in 2 days (I had called the doctor about this and apparently this is normal for breast fed babies) - well he absolutely exploded on his Great Aunt. I won't go into details but let's say it was gross and hilarious all at the same time and he has to feel 100 times better!
After that we headed to Nonna's to go eat lunch at Litton's then we finished the day off by shopping! It's hard to go anywhere these days without buying Reese a thing or two!
Tomorrow we have a fun day planned with Navy and Jack - lunch and then the park for a walk! We are loving this weather!

4 Generations of Cokers!


Reese was out and about all day yesterday visiting his family! He got to see my parents, Aunt Amanda, and Uncle Josh and then onto John's family where he got to meet his 3rd cousins for the first time! His Nonna practiced tummy time with him and we caught it on camera - he held his head up for a few seconds and he never cried. Reese has a busy week this week - he will be making his rounds and seeing lots of his family!

1 Month Old Today

I know everyone says time flies by but I never knew how really true that was. We can't believe Reese is 1 month old today! He has already changed so much in these last 4 weeks - we couldn't believe how beautiful he was the day he was born but every day we are amazed with how much more beautiful he becomes. He is the sweetest baby and such a good baby. I have a hard time ever putting him down because he is so cuddly and loves to be held - I figure you can never hold him too much! We have been trying to get him to coo but we haven't accomplished much with that yet - we have seen a few smiles though! He is so interested when we talk to him and read to him - his big blue eyes just stare at us - even though he doesn't understand what we are saying he is at least polite and acts interested! Reese is the best and we never knew life could be this good!
