10 Months Old

We can't believe it but it is August so that means you are 10 months old...but that doesn't mean that we still don't think it is possible! You have done so much and continue to learn new things each week!

- You can now stand on your own for pretty long periods of time...well like 15 seconds but still that is long.

- You get your feet under you when you stand up and think about walking but you aren't there yet and actually that makes mama happy...you are enough to keep up with when you crawl.

- We have decided you will love sports...you can take balls and throw them as hard as you can and you bounce up and down anytime you see a ball - especially soccer balls!

- We think you speak a foreign language...possibly Russian or German! Ha, you are so serious when you talk but the words sound so funny. You still continue to carry on long conversations with anything around you. You also answer us in this language when we talk to you. You are really trying to talk!

- You have said a few words but they are the ones that most babies your age say...dada, mama, bye but then sometimes you will repeat words that sound just like what we say!

-You have a new laugh and it is something I never want to forget the sound of - it is hard to explain but it is hilarious. We kept laughing like that last night and you would do it and laugh hysterically!

-Your favorite all time game is paci pick-up. You throw the paci and die laughing while me and your daddy chase it!

-You still wake up every day at 7 a.m....it isn't going to change and we are dealing with it! :)

- You have started to not like the church nursery when we drop you off on Sunday's - we have been paged the past 3 Sunday's to come get you because you won't stop crying after we drop you off. However, you are suddenly perfectly fine as soon as we get you and you get to come sit with us.

It is just like they say....I couldn't quiet imagine what you would be like before you were born and now I can't imagine our life without you. I always knew I would have a little boy and here you are better than I ever imagined. I am unbelievably lucky to be your mama forever and nothing will ever change that!
