After the play!
Picking rosemary out of the garden with Faux for dinner!
We spent the weekend in Atlanta visiting Angie - John couldn't go because of a fishing tournament so it was just me, Nonna, Reese, and Buster. We have had this trip scheduled for months and months now because Reese's cousin was the lead star in the play Peter Pan at his high school!!! The drama club at his high school was like nothing I have ever seen. This play was 2.5 hours long with an intermission! It was awesome - Andrew (Reese's cousin) was Captain Hook! The play started at 7:30 which is usually the time Reese starts winding down for bedtime - he was already asleep when we arrived so I carried him in and he slept on me for about the first 10 minutes of the play. He woke up and started looking around and finally turned around to see the stage - after that he could not take his eyes off of the stage! He was amazed with the lights, the singing, the cast - everything! He would clap his hands, blow his bubbles, look around and smile! He was having so much fun!! There were only a few minutes that he got a little fussy and he was over it in no time! I can't believe that at not even 7 months old he has already sat through his first play and loved it!
While in Atlanta we also did a little shopping and hung out at Angie's in the backyard blowing bubbles and playing with toys with Reese! It was such a fun weekend - everything is fun with Reese!!
What fun we had when you can to visit. Faux is already planning summer camp fun at her house when you are old enough. Our rosemary potatoes were fantastic and bubble time was the best. Thanks for visiting us little man. Love you tons, faux
