Funny Boy!

This morning he told me that his baby had poo pooed and it didn't smell good!  He said he needed to go get a diaper and some wipes - then he spent the next 10 minutes wiping her down!  He kept saying shoo wee baby you stink!

We had to go to the doctor this week because Reese had a horrible cough and as it turned out he had croupe!  After a few days of the steroid he is already feeling better!  That just meant we got to stay home and play with all his new toys!

Christmas Songs!

This picture is after Reese performed his Christmas songs for us...I have to brag a minute...it's a mommy moment for me!  I really can't believe how well Reese knows all the Christmas songs and how much he likes to sing them.  He knows all the words to Rudolph, Santa Claus is Coming To Town, and can sing lots of versus from Jingle Bells!  He is so smart and such a little performer!  When we picked him up from the nursery at Church one Sunday his teacher couldn't believe that he had just turned 2 and knew all the words to his songs...she said he just started singing them in class for them!   We have taken so many videos of him this Christmas singing all his songs!

Christmas Night!

 We got to celebrate Christmas again with all our aunts, uncles, and cousins Christmas night!  We are so blessed with a great family!  As we went to bed that night I told Reese about Christmas and about Jesus and what that day truly meant!  It is so easy to get caught up with presents, cooking, gift wrapping, and going from place to place but I want us as a family to always remember what this day is truly about!  I asked Reese if he understood and he said yes mommy...we leave cookies out for Jesus too!!

Christmas Afternoon!

Next up was Christmas with Meme and Big Daddy!!  I got so much more!!  I got a Mickey Mouse that break dances...he is hilarious!  A new art table and chair to do all my crafts, a leap pad, and leap pad games,  a guitar, a Thomas train track, coloring books, and all kinds of art stuff!  Then I got to take a long nap to get ready for the rest of the day!!  I could do Christmas all the time...this is great!

Christmas Morning!

Reese slept in on Christmas Morning but once he got up he was so excited to see that Santa and Rudolph had both been to visit!  Somehow Santa and Rudolph spilled their milk as they were leaving and Reese thought it was so funny and is still talking about it!
He was so excited to look under the tree...he noticed everything before he saw his tractor!  Once he saw it his face lit up and he was just so happy!  He kept saying Ho Ho brought me a tractor!  I loved it when he opened the gifts from just us...one of them were clothes and he looked at me and said me don't like this mommy!  He definitely liked Ho Ho's gifts a whole lot better than ours!  Santa also brought him a tractor trailer with lots of trucks, a boat that came with fish and fishermen, a trailer to pull it in, a jet ski to play with, a nail gun to help daddy build the house, puzzles, books, a new Disney DVD and more hotwheels!  I love how excited he was and how happy  he was to play with all his new things!
